Account Recovery
Did you have an account before the new website came to the grid, and forgot your password? The procedure to recovering your account are as follows:
- Register an account on the website, preferably using the same email address as your character originally used.
- Use the Avatar Last name of "Existing", this avatar will be deleted after finding the correct avatar.
- Create a Support Ticket in Support->Support Ticket, regarding account recovery.
As soon as the process has been completed, we'll get the support ticket email, and be able to start investigating the issue. If there's any followup on the issue, the ticket will be updated and we can maintain a reliable correspondence with you to keep things well on track.
